Peanut Butter, and Little Bit of Chocolate

My freshman year of college I was living in a kitchenless dorm room with a microwave and a couple of plastic bowls.  Peanut Butter was a long lasting food and a quick protein into which I would dip any available dippers.  Anything remotely cracker like: pretzels, check mix, popcorn, and on occasion, pizza crust (come on, the sauceless part is just bread ya know).  I didn't just wanna eat it with a spoon, but I also did just want to eat peanut butter.....so my various dippers were a tangible excuse. Nowadays, my fallen nature incorporates this indulgent ingredient in less obvious ways (the way it usually works with vices).  Thai peanut sauce or coconut peanut currie, my new favorite the jiffy burger (peanut butter pepperjack cheese, pickles (dude, don't mock it till you try it)), or a scoop of peanut butter in a smoothie.   I try to avoid reverting back into my freshman year habits, yet the craving is still there.  Hence, Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake with a cream cheese frosting filling.
